We were offered these words during day one of what is a profound training on the Bhagavad Gita with Sattva Yoga Academy by my beloved Guru and Teacher Anand Mehrotra.
The words kind of stopped me in my tracks " Our life becomes the questions we ask."
We are living our own questions!
What answer am I living right now? What answer are we collectively living?
"Our energy goes to that which is seeking to be answered."
What is seeking?
What answers are being sought?
As question falls to question, peeling away, peeling away, peeling away...
I wonder if it is that often the answers are there, sometimes even boldly staring us in the face, but we find ourselves turning away for fear of facing them. Choosing stagnancy rather than change, known rather than unknown.
Are we asking and then really listening when our answer comes?
Do we hide in " I don't know?"
"Take me to the place where I can see, Lord Krishna." Bhagavad Gita.
