Shamanism is a practice as old as time, born from a living engagement with all of existence, a glorious dance through consciousness supported by the guiding hands of spirit. A commune with spirit.
​
The Shaman traditionally served the village as spiritual counsellor although they may well have served additional roles alongside. Now, modern day shamanic practitioners bring forth the wisdom of these traditions, serving their community in the best ways they can.
​
For me, I am utterly captivated by the profound powers of ritual and ceremony to heal, transform and uplift consciousness, that which is at once, transformational, ungraspable, mystical and beyond the capacity of the everyday mind to fully comprehend.

That which comes back to the silent indwelling in our own hearts, to the divine whispers that guide us, to this that dances this vast and abundant universe, this great mystery.

Whether we know it or not we are constantly engaged in rituals from our getting up at a certain time of day, to our morning coffee, the paper we like to read, the route we take to work... we are ritualistic by nature.

The ceremonies and rituals I offer are guided by spirit to honour the growth and transitions of the individual, couple, the community. They are sprung from a stream of love. May they be all you dream them to be.

Those places that touch us the deepest carry very few words. Only the spirit is able to convey that silent knowing.
